uk shipping
Standard shipping - Non personalised items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and can take up to 2-5 days in the post. (Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days).
Personalised items are dispatched within 2-3 working days and can take up to 2-5 working days in the post.
Express shipping - Takes up to 1-3 working days in the post from date of dispatch. Personalised items are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Non personalised items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. (Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not classed as working days).

Postage rates will be calculated automatically when you checkout.
Orders can not be amended once completed.
Orders will be sent to the address given when placing the on the website. We cannot change the item or delivery address once it has been dispatched or take responsibility for lost or stolen items if parcels are left somewhere different from the address given.
international shipping
United States - Delivery to USA can take up to 10 - 12 working days from date of dispatch.
At this time, we offer international shipping to the United States only. While we currently do not ship to other countries, we are continuously working to expand our shipping options in the future. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving more locations soon!
returns & exchanges
Not happy with your Bluebells & Bumblebees purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your goods provided you request a refund within 3 days of receiving your goods.
Please email us at bluebellsbumblebees@gmail.com with the following details: your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised, custom made and sale items.
The goods have to be undamaged and unused. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
If approved, your refund (if the goods are still in perfect unworn condition, including all tags and packaging) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow one week from receipt of the parcel before the refund is completed.
Please note we cannot accept exchanges or returns on personalised, custom made and sale items.
When returning items the customer must send the products back using a track and signed for postage which is paid by the customer. We can not accept responsibility for any items which are lost in transit.
Once goods are received, your order will be checked and if approved the process will take up to 2 working days to process through our system.
Refunds will be credited to match the original form of payment. This will normally show in your account within 10 days. This will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items )
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges at the moment.
damaged or faulty goods
If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly.
